Jeremy is a seasoned director with a Fine Arts background and over a decade of experience as a multi-disciplinary 3D designer and design visualization specialist. Grounded in a passion for creating immersive environments and digital solutions, he has maximized the value of CAD design assets across multiple industries, spanning government contracting, architecture, retail, interior design, product & furniture design, real estate development, and events/exhibitions.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has served on, built, and guided teams with humility and respect, ensuring each member excels at transforming complex project requirements into impactful results. His partnership style hinges on collaboration, open communication, and the empowerment of colleagues, fostering an environment where innovative thinking flourishes and project deliverables consistently exceed expectations. Paul Stafford, a graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto, holds a distinguished legacy as a member of the Ontario Association of Architects in Canada from 1990 to 2015. His journey in architecture encompasses diverse roles in Toronto, where he contributed to all facets of architectural services across various building types and scales.
As the sole proprietor of 3D Cubed in Ottawa, Paul served as an architectural consultant, leaving an indelible mark on numerous projects. During his time in Ottawa, he delved into extensive research on Canadian government sustainable development initiatives and policies, showcasing his commitment to environmental sustainability.
Currently residing in Tennessee, Paul is spearheading sustainable technology and construction advancements in the region through his role at Property Creative. His notable contributions extend beyond architecture, as evidenced by his involvement with impactful political initiatives such as The Rocky Mountain Institute and The Solutions Project. Additionally, Paul remains at the forefront of innovation through ongoing research into LEED and sustainable technology, solidifying his commitment to shaping a greener and more sustainable future.
